Volume control button?

I have a dell inspiron 1501. I don't now how to get to volume control. I clicked on the start button then accessories but there is no multimedia entertainment button. The volume button is there but i can only adjust the volume and go to mixer. How can i get to volume control? can some please help? much appreciatedVolume control button?

on my computer


i click the ';start'; button


then i find the thing that says ';contol panel'; then


i click on the ';contol panel'; button


after it loads


find the one that says ';hardware and sounds ';


then click on it and


after that there should be one that says ';adjust sound/volume';
find your volume or sound control software and then find the application
in windows xp go to control panel and then sounds
