I am not able to excess my control panel from the start button,is there any other way to get to it?

It may be included within ';My Computer'; (I think it is optional... so it may not be there)

Other alternative is:

Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32

SEARCH *.cpl

Select file and ';Open with Control Panel'; (right click)

(there are several modules... you should guess what are you trying to access...)

The question here is why are you unable to access it in the usual way...

Try the following:

Right click the start button

Properties

Customize

(If using the XP style, choose the ';advanced'; tab)

there are several option for enabling/disabling items in the start menu

Good luck.I am not able to excess my control panel from the start button,is there any other way to get to it?
Hold down windows key (between left ctrl and alt buttons) and press 'r'. Type in ';control panel'; without quotes and press enter.
Click on the Recycling Bin icon on your desktop and go to the panel on the left and find the My Documents link, click on that and then continue clicking links in the lefthand panel until you find the Control Panel link.
open ';My Computer'; then on the left side of the window you will find ';Control Panel';
From your DESKTOP, open My Computer ,then open Control Panel.

It is so easy to do.
push the windows button and press ';r';

then type control panel.

hope i helped
