Why does a dialog box open to read ';click to active and use this control'; when I move over a control button?

Whenever I move my mouse over a control box of somesort I get a dialog box that opens to tell me I have to click on this control to activate it before I can use it. This just started happening since I started using a laptop I just purchased. Why does a dialog box open to read ';click to active and use this control'; when I move over a control button?
It's not from SP2 - it's from an IE update in late 2005 that resulted from Microsoft losing a patent suit to Eolas in regards to the inclusion of embedded objects on websites. Most sites have fixed their code to remove this annoying prompt but some have not. Just click and go about your business. =)Why does a dialog box open to read ';click to active and use this control'; when I move over a control button?
If u get this box only in the internet explorer this can also be due to your internet settings.

To check the settings open internet explorer and goto

Tools--%26gt;Internet options

Goto security tab and click on custom level button and configure the various security options, specially the ActiveX controls
yes click on control box and u can use this on lap top
It's a new ';feature'; of Internet Explorer. Windows XP Service Pack 2 to be specific. The button you hovered over was created with Flash. Any Flash content will produce this behavior.
