You say you are safe because you are Using Nortons.... you are not safe because Windows is not longer running your computer. You have a VIRUS my friend. If you havent done it yet, try to use the PC in safe mode. Before windows starts to load start tapping the F8 key . You will be asked if you want to start the pc in Safe Mode. do it. If you can get into your PC, get rid of Nortons and Install Spyware Terminator. You have stumbled into a really bad trojan (a type of virus). My advice is to follow the instructions in my source to reinstall Windows. If you are able to, before you do so, you should back up all the files that you would like to keep, as they will be erased from the hard drive after you do this. I recommend using DVD-RW to put the files on if you do not already have a usb hard drive.
