Do anyone know if cruise control buttons on a '99 Ford Explorer are replaceable?

They are attached to the steering wheel. I live in FL and it has been very hot so it seems the buttons have been melting and one caved in. I would like to replace it; but rather not go through the dealership as they would charge $$$$$$$. Thanks!Do anyone know if cruise control buttons on a '99 Ford Explorer are replaceable?
If you look on the back of the wheel you will see a couple of screws. you will have to go to the dealer to buy just the part but is is a very simple repair. like changing a lightbulb...Do anyone know if cruise control buttons on a '99 Ford Explorer are replaceable?
Before you change the button disconnect the battery , they have small wires so take some needle nose pliers to remove , hope this helps.
You have to remove the steering wheel, to do that, you have to remove the air bag. Always disconnect the battery first.
