Let the spill dry completely with the power off. Use a hair drier to speed the drying. then turn the power back on the clock has a built in surge supressor it will reset if not you need service.Water put out flame on stove top now control panel is out is there a reset button?
Well, hard to say. Assuming that it is now dry. Turn off the breaker and give it a minute and then turn it back on. If it stays on then take a look at the control panel if it's working, fine, if it's not then we have a problem. The water shorted out the panel and it will have to be replaced. Either call a repairman or if you have good electrical knowledge, take the model number to an appliance repair parts store and install the new one yourself. Good luck
